What size bikes fit in the rental case?

Our cases fit road bikes and MTBs, size L frame. For MTBs, the handlebar needs to be dismounted before packing. Not sure whether your bike fits? Contact us before booking.

How do I pack my bike into the case?

A packing guide is available with every rental. You'll typically need to remove pedals, drop the saddle, and turn the handlebars (MTB riders also need to dismount the handlebar). The guide walks you through each step — no professional help needed.

Do you deliver across the whole UK?

We're based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and deliver across the whole of the UK. Contact us to discuss your location and dates and we'll organise everything for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your departure to guarantee availability and comfortable delivery time. Earlier is always better — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your dates.

What if the airline damages the case?

We always recommend purchasing airline insurance before you travel — it's the best protection for both your bike and the case. In the event of damage, file a claim at the baggage desk before leaving the airport and contact us — we'll guide you through the process.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a £50 refundable deposit is required. It covers the Samsung or Apple tracking device and TSA padlocks available with your rental. The deposit is returned in full when the case and accessories are returned in good condition.
